There have three incarnations of the ice-themed villain over the years, but only the latter two (Louise Lincoln and Caitlin Snow) have proven to be the more powerful and more popular versions, as well as be members of the Squad.

Both versions of Killer Frost have accomplished incredible feats of power over the years, such as absorbing heat from different sources and turning it into forms of cold such as localized blizzards, ice-themed weaponry and a protective ice sheet over her body.

The Caitlin Snow incarnation once absorbed Superman's solar energy and used the massive power boost to instantly freeze the entire Justice League in place.

Their times on the Suicide Squad were brief, but otherwise eventful due to the recurring theme of both Frosts attaining more power from mightier sources (the demonic Neron and Superman).

Snow's time on the team is a lot more fleshed out however, as she used her increased might to save both the League and Task Force X from an Eclipso-possessed Max Lord.
