10 Strongest Versions Of Spider-Man

4. Supaidāman (Takuya Yamashiro) (Earth-51778)

Ghost Spiderman
Marvel Comics

The emissary from Hell, Takuya Yamashiro is Supaidāman from the 1978 Japanese live-action TV series. A 22-year old man infused with the blood of an ancient alien from the planet spider, Supaidāman fights the Iron Cross Army as revenge for his father's death. The character has made such an impact on the history of Spider-Man, that he eventually made his comics debut within the pages of Amazing Spider-Man #12 (2014) as part of the Spider-Verse event.

Supaidāman is an overpowered character as he has the standard Spider-Man powers alongside decreased ageing, superhuman hearing, superhuman smell, night and X-Ray vision, communication with spiders, precognitive dreams, power transfer, and many others.

On top of that, Takuya has a giant robot called Leopardon equipped with arm rockets, an energy shield and the Sword of Vigor that ends any confrontation. And yes, you are right, Leopardon, is an inspiration for the Power Rangers' Megazords. Therefore, without Supaidāman, there would be no Power Rangers. (At least not as they are today.)

Supaidāman is a brilliant addition to Spider-Man's history and is a joy to see within current comics. Here's hoping for an appearance in the upcoming sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
