We're sure we don't need to to tell you what's bonkers about this one: Starfire, the Red Hood And The Outlaws hero, couldn't be wearing a less practical outfit for fighting evildoers, though she has made some slight efforts. You'd think you'd want to protect your chest far more than your shoulders, but Stafire seems to think that putting armour across her neck and shoulders is far more necessary than having any kind of protection on her torso aside from a gravity-defying bra than only seems to exist because DC don't want their comics being put on a much higher shelf.
