Aw, sweet gentile Rogue. If she€™s not crushing on Wolverine, she€™s shyly pushing her white streak of hair from her face and fluttering her eyes at Bobby. There€™s no chance in hell she ever had a regretful past. She did. Before joining the X-Men, her very first comic appearance was in the 1981 Avengers Annual, where Rogue served alongside Mystique in the Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants. Being a part of such a coalition permits a mutant the reign to cause any number of headaches for the good guys. Following orders from her foster mother/impossible boss, Mystique, she tracked down Ms. Marvel and waited for her to return home from shopping - you know, so she could usurp all of her highly-sought after abilities. Once their struggle had ended, and Rogue was green-lit at 100% fully charged, she chucked Ms. Marvel off the side of the Golden Gate Bridge! If that wasn€™t bad enough, she also nicked Thor€™s powers at one point during a battle. In general she made life very, very difficult for The Avengers and X-Men. That is, until she started to lose grasp on her powers and turned to Professor X for help...
