Marvel Comics

The youngest member of the Fantastic Four, Johnny Storm, can convert his body into flame, blast fire from his hands, and fly faster than the speed of sound. It's also impossible for him to be burnt by conventional fire.

But Johnny doesn't just turn into fire; he can control it. Johnny can manipulate the heat of any object within an 80ft radius, even when he is not alight. He can extinguish any open flame or cause an object to combust with a mere thought. He can lower the temperature of an object to zero degrees Celsius, or raise it by several hundred degrees.

At some point, you may have wondered how Johnny doesn't burn people when he rescues them in his fire-form. That answer is pretty simple; he can adjust his flame so he can touch people without hurting them even when he has Flamed On.

If there is an explosion, Johnny can effortlessly control the fire, change its direction, or absorb it into his body without suffering side effects. It is unknown if there is a limit to how much fire Johnny can absorb.
