Extending what was said in point two, Ultron has actually appeared in the form of a female - a pretty much naked female to boot. During a hostile encounter between Ms. Marvel and her team of Avengers and Mole Man and his monsters, Tony Stark's Iron Man armour unexpectedly started a process of metamorphosis. The end result of the change was a new being all together. It was a naked woman of great power, as she immediately waste to the surrounding horde of monsters and took out both Ares and the incredibly powerful Sentry. The being resembled Janet Van Dyne, but it turned out to be a new version of Ultron. She was one of the most powerful ever seen and executed a series of plans to destroy the Earth, but was defeated by a virus implanted into her by a Commodore 64 (yes, really).
