This one just stinks.
Apart from the fact that, you know, they are two completely different characters, Oliver Queen came first. Like, two decades first. Seriously, how is this even a thing?
While both characters may be the most vocal members on their respective teams, Ollie's political activism and his use of a bow differentiates the two characters on a rather fundamental level. Also he looks cooler - there's literally no debate to be had in that regard.
He may not be renowned for being able to turn any old object into a weapon like his purple-clad counterpart, but Oliver Queen is a more than capable archer, being able to nock and fire dozens of arrows in a short period and also having the ability to do it all while performing some pretty spectacular acrobatic feats. Add to that the character's wide ranging and indeed prominent cast of supporting characters, as well as a vast library of stellar comic book series', and you have a hero that not only differs from his Marvel counterpart, but actually surpasses him too.
Sorry, Clint. Ollie's just got you beat on this one.
