3. He Took On "Normal" Jobs In New York & Used Civilian Aliases

When Daredevil let New York - specifically his territory of Hell's Kitchen - in order to deal with some personal morality issues, Black Panther agreed a deal with the man without fear to become the new temporary protector of the notoriously crime-ridden area. In his time in New York, Black Panther wanted to completely integrate himself with society, in order to learn more about the area he would be protecting. As a result, he took on the alias "Luke Charles" and became a school teacher. Whilst in New York, he has also taken on the alias "Mr. Okonkwo" and managed the Devil's Kitchen restaurant. On that occasion, it was in order to relinquish every aspect of the Black Panther identity as part of a personal journey of self discovery.
