10 Things You Didn't Know About Mr. Freeze

4. He Survived Being Killed By Predators

Because there are no new ideas under the sun, and now multi-million dollar franchises that haven't been mashed together in a desperate attempt to make even more money off of them, Batman has obviously crossed baths with both the Aliens, Predators, and even The Terminator one time. Usually, the stories are about as good as you'd imagine. The first Batman Vs Predator is a notable exception, with Watchmen artist Dave Gibbons writing a surprisingly taut thriller that takes the concrete jungle of Predator 2 and swaps it for Gotham City, with the Dark Knight playing the Danny Glover role. Albeit in somewhat better shape, and not too old for this sh*t. Before the killer extraterrestrial has had chance to engage with Batman, however, it comes across Mr Freeze and his goons. Actually, it only comes across the goons: all the henchman are violently picked off by the camouflaged monster, with Freeze saved because the Predator's heat-based vision doesn't pick him up.
