4. A-Force Will Continue

The reason the likes of Future Imperfect has been getting less attention than some of the other Secret Wars books isn't through lack of interest, but just because there's so many great ideas coming out of the crossover. One that's been getting a lot of coverage is A-Force, Ms Marvel writer G Willow Wilson's all-women Avengers team. With Marguerite Bennett co-writing and Jorge Molina on art, A-Force are lead by She-Hulk and includes Dazzler, Medusa of the Inhumans, a new character called Singularity, Nico Minoru of Runaways and the perpetually underused Miss America, a universe-hopping hero from Young Avengers. Previews for the first Secret Wars issue of A-Force involves a global team of women superheroes fighting sharks. It's pretty cool. And thankfully it's an idea that's not going to live and die with the crossover, either, with Marvel suggesting that the book will continue in September.
