7. Killing His Wife And Unborn Child

Superman's actions throughout the entirety of the Injustice: Gods Among Us video game are pretty despicable, but brutally murdering Green Arrow pales in comparison to the events which kicked off this story. After The Joker kidnaps a pregnant Lois Lane and implants the trigger to a nuclear bomb inside her heart, the Clown Prince of Crime doses Superman with a Kryptonite-laced Scarecrow Gas which makes him think he's battling Doomsday.

However, it turns out that it's actually his wife, and the Man of Steel only realises that AFTER he's punched her into outer space and that bomb detonates, destroying the whole of Metropolis. Considering the fact that just hours before all this went down Superman was lecturing Lois on why she should quit her job and stay at home so he can protect her, the hero's inability to save his wife from a guy a regular human like Batman has taken down more times than he can count is ridiculous.

Not content with killing millions after his screw up, even more innocents would perish when he embarked on a quest to take over Earth...
