3. Fighting Owlman Alongside Batman
Owls prey on Bats in real life, and Owlman has consistently been presented in the comics as one of Batman's biggest adversaries. Their showdown in Batman: The Brave and the Bold might just be the pick of the bunch.
The thirteenth episode in the first season of the show, named 'Game Over For Owlman!", sees the Dark Knight square off against his evil doppelgänger from an alternate Earth, with Owlman kitted out in a retro suit from years gone by. This alternate Earth is essentially flipped from the world DC fanatics would be familiar with, with heroes and former friends turning to a life of evil and some of the usual baddies finding themselves suddenly fighting for all things noble and honest.
During the episode, Batman is cornered by a collection of Owlman's superhero allies, only to be suddenly pulled into a warehouse and away from danger by this universe's version of The Joker.
Irked by being outmatched by someone, The Joker convinces Batman to team up with him against Gotham's new big baddie and the two actually strike up a decent duo for a time, with the Clown Prince's insanity proving to be the winning edge needed to best Owlman.
