The Beyonder is the sum of an entire multiverse with almost infinite power to do basically anything he wants. He’s used his power to create whole worlds on a whim. He and his entire race have also been wrecked by Doom. On multiple occasions.

In the original Secret Wars, Doctor Doom manages to steal the infinite power of the Beyonder using his technical know-how, and the Beyonder only gained it back by possessing the body of Klaw and persuading Doom to grant him a small part of his power, which allowed the Beyonder to siphon the rest of his power and escape Battleworld. One point to Doom.

Many years later, in the third Secret War, when the Incursions caused every universe to crash into each other, effectively wiping out reality, Doom and Doctor Strange appealed to the Beyonder's race for the power to stop the Incursions. Strange refused the power, but Doom whole-heartedly accepted the responsibility, and created a new world made up of the surviving dregs of the old multiverse. Truly, the greatest hero of them all. Sure, he made himself God and wiped Susan Richards' memory of her husband so he could marry her and steal his children, but still... saved the universe and all.

This shows that even when the Beyonders were too scared to act, Doom did. A true victory in a battle of wills.
