7. Galactus
Another entry that is less than shocking, we have the devourer of worlds, Galactus, who - of course - has never felt the need to fear our favorite wall crawler.
There is only really one time that Spider-Man has defeated Galactus, and I don't personally feel that it should count as a proper win, on account of the fact that Spidey has the help of his friends at the time, and also it happened in the pages of Marvel Zombies, where Spidey and pals ate Galactus alive and stole his powers.
So yeah, while pretty badass in a gruesome sort of way, isn't really the kind of thing that would keep it off of this list.
Galactus is basically a god. Galen was here when the universe began and he will be here when it ends and the next one starts up so that he can chow down on that one too. So it stands to reason that he wouldn't feel too threatened by the presence of a schmuck from Queens who can climb up walls.
