5. Bat-Cow
Bat-Cow was rescued from a Gotham City slaughterhouse by Batman and Robin so they could test her for diseases that a group of criminals led by Professor Pyg may have purposefully infected her with.
Her indomitable will must have struck a chord with Damian Wayne as he decided to keep her and she came to live in a barn at Wayne Manor. He would also become a vegetarian at the same time as taking her in.
Living in Wayne Manor seems to be the catalyst for having a life of crime fighting as Bat-Cow has on occasion donned her own cape and gone out to have adventures. In a Batman Incorporated Special, Bat-Cow forced a car-jacked vehicle off the road, allowing the police to arrest the thieves and return a small child left in a booster seat to her mother.
Bat-Cow is just one of Damian Wayne's pets however. He also has a dog (Titus), a cat (Pennyworth), a dragon bat (Goliath) and a turkey (Jerry). Titus joins Bat-Cow amongst the roster of Legion of Super-Pets members.
