10 Weird Marvel Villains You Won't Believe Exist

A song by the Rolling Stones isn't really a great thing to base a supervillain off of.

Ruby Thursday (whose real name was even Thursday Rubinstein) was a scientist who, in what probably seemed like a good idea at the time, replaced her head with a giant red orb.

The orb is actually a mass of "organic circuitry". Ruby can reshape this circuitry at will, forming hands, tentacles or even spikes to attack people with. It can also fire blasts of energy which makes the spikes thing kind of redundant.

In her first appearance, Ruby ran for President of the United States, but was forced to drop out by the Defenders.

After that she founded a group with other head-themed supervillains called the Headmen. The rest of the team is almost as ridiculous as Ruby herself and includes Gorilla-Man, a man who had his head surgically attached to a gorilla, the bodiless wizard Chondu the Mystic and Shrunken Bones, a scientist who tried to copy Hank Pym's work and ended up shrinking his own skeleton by accident.

The Headmen have popped up surprisingly frequently since, their plots often revolving around trying to steal the bodies of others. They're the kind of villains who, despite being evil, are just too weird to hate.
