10 Weirdest Comic Crossovers Of All Time
3. Avengers/Attack On Titan
While the Avengers/Attack on Titan crossover works uncannily well, there’s something about having your favourite superhero team next to your favourite manga and anime that feels almost unreal.
Which is why it’s so surprising that the crossover doesn’t feel shoehorned together. The fact that the titans do resemble the type of enemy that the Avengers face frequently certainly does help, as while the titans are unique monsters, they also entirely suit the Marvel universe.
But it’s also a little more than that. With the Avengers and Attack on Titan both being such widely known and beloved series, it’s seeing the best aspect of them blended together – for example, Spider-Man using his webs similar to the way they do in the anime – that makes it feel that little bit special.
