10 Weirdest Comic Fan Theories You Won’t Believe Exist

1. Deadpool Was Always A Mutant

While there are no bad theories about the merc' with a m, the best one is also the most surreal, as it speculates that Wade Wilson may have always secretly been a mutant, unbeknownst to even him.

The argument goes like this; Deadpool's healing factor shouldn't let him fight the way he does. Even his years as a professional assassin - and his years before that in the military - don't explain some of the absolutely wild feats he's repeatedly shown to be capable of in the comics. As such, it makes far more sense for the Merc with a Mouth to have already had a mutant power - namely hyperkinesis, which would explain his extraordinary aiming abilities and insane reflexes perfectly.

Although the whims of comic creators seem to be the actual cause behind Deadpool's badass abilities, this theory would be the perfect way to justify his antics, and would likely make for a nifty little storyline, too.
