3. He Punched Out Terra’s Heart
The second Terra hails from the subterranean world of Strata which gave her the geokinetic powers that allow her to move earth and rock around. DNA from the original Tara Markov was mixed with her own to allow her to pass for Tara genetically but it also made her genetically unstable. Terra was pulled from her time by the Time Trapper and dropped in the past with the Team Titans. With them, she became a hero.
After Zero Hour she joined the main Titans team. Geo-Force said he would help her find out who she was and told her that she was not the original Tara, to calm her fears, although all his genetic testing proved that she was Tara Markov and her grave was empty.
On the final day of “World War III”, Terra stood with multiple teams of heroes to oppose Black Adam as he rampaged through China. He had defeated several heroes already, including her teammates Hawk and Dove. Terra said she wanted to “bring the war to him” and smashed him with two huge boulders. It barely slowed the villain down as he screamed “I’ll show you war!” and punched his fist through her chest, killing her instantly. Adam just flew on with a bloody fist as Terra fell out of the sky.
