Despite Wade Wilson's disfigurement, there were a select few women who could stand not only his looks but also his personality, and one of the most recent and most famous was his demonic wife Shiklah.
This empress of the Monster world found Wade to be quite attractive, eventually leading to a marriage that set a Guinness world record for the most comic book characters on a single issue cover. And while their relationship was far from a perfect one, it still managed to work and had its own sweet moments.
Their relationship sadly came to a bitter end after Deadpool found his Monster wife in bed with a werewolf, which spiralled into an all-out war between Shiklah's monster armies and Deadpool's human allies. This brief war between races ended with Shiklah marrying the master vampire Dracula. Shiklah did end her relationship with Wade on a slightly positive note, leaving more for his sake than hers, though it didn't hurt him any less to be alone and unloved again.
