1. Literally Everything He Did In Superior Iron Man
As Superior Iron Man, Stark was straight up a villain. No Civil War excuse of acting for what he believed was the greater good. No Kang the Conqueror brainwashing. No non-616 Tony Stark to take the blame. This is Tony Stark in 100% awful mode.
In the interest of full disclosure, the Superior Iron Man came about as a result of the conclusion to the Avengers/X-Men story AXIS, that sees Tony with his morality inverted.
Across the Superior Iron Man run, Tony Stark got the entire city of San Francisco addicted to his new Extremis 3.0 virus that grants beauty, health and even immortality, began charging them $99.99 a day to keep using it (leading to riots and crime in the streets as addicts desperately attempt to pay), restored Daredevil’s sight only to take it away again, held a civilian at 100 feet in the air and blackmailed him into aiding Tony or else be dropped, abused Pepper Potts’ trust and compassion to infiltrate Resilient, murdered a sentient AI, brutally kicked Daredevils ass, deliberately took a fight to a densely populated area, allowed his best friend’s son, Teen Abomination, to believe that he’d killed his own mother, and even gave Daredevil brain damage to make sure the superhero forgot everything he’d learned about Tony’s plans.
And, worst of all, he did it all without a trace of compassion, regret or consideration of the people he crushed in his wake. Ouch.
