5. Deadpool's Exposed Brain

When Deadpool learned he was dying of cancer, he agreed to a dangerous experiment that could save his life. Thankfully, the operation saved his life as it gifted him a healing factor, making him virtually unkillable. However, his healing factor made his cancer overdevelop, covering his entire body with tumours. He looks so disgusting, people tend to vomit at the mere sight of him.

If you think Deadpool couldn't possibly look any worse, think again. When the Spider-Man comics was rebooted during the millennium, one of his foes was a revised version of Deadpool.

In this story, the Merc' with the Mouth is pure evil and has sworn to wipe out all mutants. His team, The Reavers, augmented their bodies into killing machines to make them more efficient mercenaries. Deadpool wanted to be unstoppable and so, took the augmentation as far as he could. Although he was made the most powerful Reaver, the experiment deformed his body, rotted away all the skin on his face, and left his brain permanently exposed. Also, he has no eyelids, meaning he can't blink. Ever.

There have been many, many different incarnations of Deadpool but there has never been one that looks this revolting.
