As with a significant number of these powerful characters, Mister Majestic's similarities to Superman are impossible to ignore. Mostly because he's Wildstorm's version of the Man Of Steel.

Though his powers tend to vary quite wildly, at his peak he's more than a match for Superman. He possesses great strength, speed, flight, optic blasts, genius level intellect, micro vision, ice breath, the ability to survive in space, accelerated healing and is invulnerable to conventional weaponry. Basically, Superman, like I said.

But he can also shoot energy beams from his hands, he has some telekinesis and can become invisible and he can literally move planets. And his intellect and adaptability are such that he can invent basically anything in seconds and can analyze a combat situation and come up with weaknesses in an enemy instantaneously. So he'd know how to take Superman down before Superman even knew who he was fighting.
