12. Eclipso
Eclipso is an embodiment of the Wrath of God Himself that somehow turned even more wrathful. Responsible for the flood in the days of Noah's Ark, Eclipso can turn himself into a giant and project withering energy blasts, but his best trick is possession: he can take over anyone if he gets them mad enough first. Functionally immortal, Eclipso is a fallen angel like Lucifer, but way more ambitious. He'd probably be higher on this list if it weren't for his usual weakness to the sun and solar radiation, which effectively drive him out. He's like seasonal affective disorder with an attitude.
