Magneto may not be a name you expect to see on this list. Normally his suits look great, with the exception of the Fox movies. However, the villain's choice in good-guy attire leaves a lot to be desired.

After feeling guilt for the death of Kitty Pryde, as well as being classed as a hero by the Beyonder, Erik joined with the X-Men and became one of the team. This started a trend of dreadful outfits before he returned to his usual, villainous self.

The worst offender has to be the suit he wore for court after handing himself over in Uncanny X-Men #200. To coincide with the character's reformation, Magneto donned a drastically different suit that readers were used to.

The outfit consisted of a sleeveless, purple bodysuit with long gloves, a cape and a giant M on the front, just in case you forget who he is. The whole thing looks ridiculous and it's hard to understand why he picked it out to head to court in.

He did drop the big M from his costume eventually. However, as he continued to work with the X-Men the overall style stuck around.
