3. Super Antics
In early 2011, Kerry Callen had a dream. No, not a dream to be a cartoonist, an actual, literal dream while sleeping, the kind that just barely makes sense (is Superman's hearing as well as his vision blocked by lead?). But he filtered that dream into a short comic that did very well indeed on Reddit and other social outlets, well enough that Callen did a handful of other witty riffs on DC superheroes. Honorable mention goes to his interpretation of the story behind Action Comics #1.
