Sabretooth's mutant powers have made him the perfect hunter. He can see perfectly in the dark, hear someone breathe from 200ft, run for days on end, detect someone's scent for miles, and sneak up on almost anyone, including Wolverine.
Because of versatile his skill set, he has been hired as an assassin by almost every criminal organisation, including the Yakuza, the mafia, and several mutant terrorists factions. He may be ferocious but what makes Sabretooth really dangerous is his intelligence. Victor Creed is an expert tactician, hacker, marksman, and hand-to-hand combatant due to his training with the CIA.
His benefactors can entrust him with vital information, knowing telepaths can't probe his mind since Weapon X tampered with his memory. Even if a telepath successfully entered his brain, they usually give up since they are unable to deal with the sick images in Creed's head.
Sounds like the perfect assassin, right? Unfortunately, Sabretooth is a sociopath and has a habit of turning on his employers if he gets bored. As a result, most people who hire him wind up dead - usually by his own hands. If he was able to control his bloodlust, he'd be a lot higher on this list.
