As one of the most obvious choices on this list, few fans will be surprised to see Galactus in an MCU film within the next few years. With Captain Marvel and the Guardians of the Galaxy already giving viewers a thorough tour of the universe in the Infinity Saga, the biggest question isn't when Galactus will debut, but where.

The Devourer of Worlds first appeared in Fantastic Four #48 but could easily be introduced via one of the franchises above. A cosmic entity that must feed on planets to survive, Galactus could begin as a threat to other worlds before making his way to Earth.
