15 Fantastic Four Villains Who Could Be The Next Big Bad Of The MCU

13. Molecule Man

Although Owen Reece is one of the many comic book villains who received their powers in a freak lab accident, the Molecule Man is no villain-of-the-week. With the power of molecular manipulation and reality warping, he's much stronger than meets the eye.

At first glance, nearly everyone will agree that Molecule Man is a long-shot for becoming the MCU's next heavy hitter. He's got a sillier name, he's not well-known outside of the comics, and he carries around a wand.

However, let's not forget that Kevin Feige is no stranger to making obscure Marvel properties some of the hottest names in pop culture. If he felt that the Molecule Man would be a worthy adversary for the Avengers to have a life-or-death battle against, audiences would give him the benefit of the doubt.

In the comics, Reece and other Molecule Men are created by the Beyonders to act as bombs upon their death. The Beyonders planned to "detonate" all of the Molecule Men to destroy their universes.

While not a top-tier character, the premise is intriguing. How would the Avengers or Fantastic Four completely stop a reality-warping being if doing so caused the destruction of the universe?
