12. Vandal Savage

If you watch Arrow and The Flash, you're no doubt already pretty familiar with Vandal Savage, but that version of the character pales in comparison to his comic book counterpart in many ways. That's because he's typically been portrayed as a Justice League villain (though to be fair, a whole team of Legends will soon be going after him...), and this immortal madman has tried to take them out almost countless times.

His obsession to take over the world has seen Savage embark on a variety of deadly missions to try and make his wish a reality, but the Justice League has always been there to stop him. He's gone toe to toe with Superman on multiple occasions and come close to wiping out most of the Earth's population, so while he may look more normal than most of the deadly alien warriors featured here, he's every bit as formidable.
