They are incredibly excited by the prospect of meeting their favourite writer or artist, and they have come prepared with library of comics that they would like signed. You dont want to be stuck behind these guys and girls when you are waiting for an autograph you will be waiting a long time. These are the sort of people that Comic-Con was primarily aimed at. These people invest vast amounts of money in the industry by buying up tickets and comics on a regular basis. However, this passionate group is relatively small, so everything is not always to their satisfaction. These intense people are searching through for one specific comic, they do not care for the general atmosphere. There is one thing on their mind, and much like Arnie in The Terminator, they will not stop until they have found the missing issue from their collection. This is not a bad thing, and neither of these entries has been intended to stigmatise people, but there is a clear division at Comic-Con between the average person, perusing at their leisure for a cool looking comic, and the single-sighted mission of the diehard fan.
