Morlun is still a relatively new addition to Spider-Man's rogues gallery. With powers which are mystical in nature, this vampiric being wanted only one thing; to drain the life force of the hero, and with strength far greater than that of Peter Parker, he came close to succeeding. Relentlessly tracking the hero though New York, he beat him within an inch of his life and started murdering civilians when Spidey tried to hide or take time to heal. His return in "The Other" was a mess and "Spider-Verse" missed the point of what makes him so special, but Morlun's debut remains one of Spider-Man's deadliest battles.
