Mysterio might look a little ridiculous, but the former stuntman and special effects artist's ability to create shockingly realistic illusions has played havoc in Spider-Man's life. However, Quentin Beck is in some ways a greater Daredevil villain than he is Spider-Man's. Dying from cancer, Mysterio created an elaborate scheme which resulted in the murder of Matt Murdock's beloved Karen Page and culminated with him shooting himself in the head. He would later return (or so it seems), more deranged than ever and now able to access different worlds, an ability which led to Peter Parker and Miles Morales finally meeting.
