Michael Morbius was a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist whose experiment to cure his rare blood disease led to him becoming a vampiric like being. Despite starting off as a villain of sorts, he's actually teamed up with Spider-Man on a number of occasions and even starred in his own series as an anti-hero of sorts for a time. Unfortunately, his blood lust often gets the best of him, leaving Morbius as someone Spidey is forced to keep a very close eye on. Many fans would love to see him on the big screen, but with the vampire craze seemingly over, it might now be too late for that. The villain definitely has some potential though!
