This is like, one above the X-Ray Specs. You know how spam emails are intentionally riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes, so as to ensnare the more gullible sort that would fall for them? It's like the X-Ray Specs were the spelling mistake prior to the Hypno-Coin. What exactly is this ad promising? That it's easy to hypnotise...when you know how! Also if you buy this coin. The coin is important. Despite the presence of a guide book the only thing they're selling is the coin, which apparently turns people into zombies (it didn't).
