Although Midnighter's costume could easily be described as being "Batman-on-a-budget", it still looks pretty awesome - and we guess that says more about how cool Gotham's dark knight's costume is than anything else. Midnighter is rarely seen without his costume - including his black mask - which is dominated by a long black coat and accompanied by a pair of padded black trousers and a padded torso piece. The complete blackness of the outfit makes it intimidating and ideal for night heroics. Aided by his combat computer, which allows him to predict his opponents' next moves and calculate a successful counter, Midnighter is a formidable fighter and he looks cool doing it.
