The camp 1960s Batman TV series helped put the Caped Crusader on the map in a big way. In the years which have followed, it's become something of a pop culture phenomenon, spawning a recent Blu-ray rerelease and even an ongoing comic book series. Those who starred in the show have all been fondly remembered for their takes on various iconic DC Comics characters, but if legendary crooner Frank Sinatra had had his way, he would have been the one to play The Joker instead of the mustachioed Cesar Romero. "Frank Sinatra was very upset because he couldnt play The Joker," revealed former Robin, Burt Ward.
