Jim Gordon as Batman may have had his detractors, but he also got probably the coolest action scene of the entire Batman series.

These two pages show a tank full of horned sharks shattering, which is good enough, but things only get better from there. Gordon batarangs a guy in the crotch, gets on a shark as it chomps a gangster’s leg, then uses the huge fish for cover as he proceeds to batarang everyone else in the room. I don’t know if it’s art, but I like it.
