Duke Thomas is one of the best new characters to come out of Scott Snyder’s tenure. We saw Duke watch over Bruce during Zero Year, fall victim to tragedy during Endgame, and return with a vengeance as an unsanctioned Robin.

And at the near-end of the series we find Duke sitting with his Joker-ized parents, weeping, which really breaks your heart after seeing Duke do such great things. Then a hand comes down on his shoulder.
