25 Most Powerful Cosmic Entities In Marvel Comics

24. Uatu The Watcher

The Watchers are actually an ancient alien race who have sworn never to interfere with the happenings of the Universe (although they have broken this oath several times) and Uatu is an incredibly powerful member of that race who has appeared far more predominantly in Marvel comic books than any of his brethren over the years. He wanders the universe, lonely, observing in order to spread their knowledge to other civilisations for the good of the universe and, when the situation has called for it, he has displayed massive amounts of power. He possesses psionic/telepathic abilities of an incalculable scale that he has also enhanced through training. He can fly, manipulate energy, erect forcefields, cancel the powers of others, cast illusions, shape-shift and has an advanced cosmic awareness that enables him to know that things are happening even when he's not present for them. He is also incomprehensibly intelligent, being able to store and process near-infinite amounts of information. He can also convert his body into energy, while still retaining his sentience, when travelling through hyperspace. Via treatment with "delta-rays", he has also become practically immortal - but he can die by simply losing the will to live. He can also time travel.

23. The Phoenix

The Phoenix is a cosmic force of nature. It is an immortal being that represents all life that has and ever will live. It quite often chooses a host to dwell inside, which grants said host a plethora of incredible powers. The Phoenix has the power to both create and destroy. Its powers include the ability to project an extremely powerful concussive force, the ability to manipulate matter at the sub-atomic level, the ability to travel freely through both time and space, the ability to absorb many kinds of energy (ranging from the life-force of a single being to the energy of an entire sun), it can resurrect itself or others after death, it possesses vast telepathic and telekinetic powers, it is always searching for a host that is strong enough to bear its power (which is why it has chosen people like Jean Grey) and it can teleport between distant locations using wormholes. When the Phoenix Force finds a host, as well as granting that being new powers, it also amplifies the basic abilities that they already posses. Then, once the Phoenix Force has left its host, it leaves behind a small fraction of its power within them permanently.
