Deadpool has gone from acknowledging that he's a comic book character, to going one step further and acknowledging that he's a comic book character that breaks the fourth wall. In other words, he references his own reputation for referencing himself. He also confuses Domino here, who humorously doesn't have any comprehension of the idea of a "recap page".
