Deadpool is known for talking to himself in the form of little square boxes which appear alongside the normal circular dialogue bubbles. It's often these boxes that display the clearest examples of breaking the fourth wall, and sometimes - hilariously - he mixes up the "thoughts in his head" and his actual speech. This image is a great example of this - he even knows that the boxes exist!
