2. Robot Body

Otto is a brilliant scientist, of unrivalled intellect. We've seen him build mechanical arms that he can control with his mind. He built an octobot with the capabilities of tracking a target and scrambling their brain undetected and most recently he built a robot butler. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to picture the villain returning in a newly-fitted robot body - I mean, how hard could it be to fuse your mind with a metal exoskeleton? Based on the robot butler that he created, early inceptions of the character would be mostly useless but you just have to look at how many versions of the Iron Man suit Tony Stark has built to see the possibilities to keep the character fresh and introduce new threats with every new Ock arc.
