Given there are so many superheroes out there (like, literally hundreds and hundreds), there was always going to be a bit of overlap. For every one Superman there are about a dozen or so Sentries; for every one Namor, there is at least one Aquaman; characters with similar abilities who, despite carving out their own destiny in the years since, are still very similar when you distill their most basic elements.

One of the biggest recurring archetypes in comics is that of the hero or villain 'that doesn't miss'. Green Arrow was the first in 1941 (although it would take years for him to step out of Batman's shadow), and he was followed by Deadshot in 1950. Off the page, characters like the legendary 'Man with No Name' and just about every generic eighties action hero 'never miss', but it takes something else to turn that power into something interesting.

When it comes to Marvel, there are two characters in particular who famously boast the 'never miss' mantra, and that is Bullseye and Hawkeye. Both are captivating in their own special way, but the fact remains that being really good at hitting stuff at distance is actually pretty cool - especiallywhen it's with a bow and arrow.
