8 Times Black Panther Was Forced To Kill

5. Having Firefist Eaten Alive

The Marvel Zombies universe is rife with death. As can be expected from a Marvel universe where flesh-eating monsters roam free, a fair few Superheroes unfortunately also fall victim to the undead, and those who remain are forced to go to extreme measures for survival.

Bruised, beaten and literally missing an arm and a leg, T'Challa finds himself the protector of the severed, zombie head his once-friend Janet Van Dyne, A.K.A The Wasp. Set upon by the mutant group of the Acolytes, the fire-controlling Firefist refuses to trust the wounded Black Panther, insisting on playing it safe and killing him there and then. A tad overkill, but a zombie apocalypse will do that to people.

Facing death by a mutant firing squad, T'Challa does as any reasonable superhero would do, and flings the hungry head of his zombie friend at Firefist, giving him a fighting chance at survival and her a presumably spicy lunch.
