With her already enormous telepathic and telekinetic powers, Phoenix Jean with a White Lantern ring would be a near-unkillable godlike cosmic force of nature capable of defeating almost any foe.

She would be able to bring entire deceased populations back to life and cause lush forests that had been destroyed by deforestation to flourish once more. She would certainly be the most powerful Lantern on this list and one of the most powerful in comic book history.
