2. Batman: Arkham City
Regarded by some as the best of the trio of the real Arkham Batman games, Arkham City took everything that you loved about Arkham Asylum and added more characters, more villains, a more expansive universe, and more to do.
Instead of just doing battle with the Joker, Poison Ivy, Ra's al Ghul, and Scarecrow, Bats added foes like Penguin, Two-Face, Victor Zsasz, and Harley to his ever-growing list of enemies. The death of the Joker at the end may be one of the most chilling scenes in video game history.
Harley also came more into her own in this game. Since Joker spends most of the time locked away and battling his life-threatening illness, she has more of a starring role than ever, and she's dressed for the part. In all leather, her red and black clingy top and pants have become one of the most adored Harley getups ever, and what's not to love?
She looks totally ready to kick some butt and, unlike her dated outfits in the other two Batman games, this is one costume that will remain timeless for a while.
