3. Suicide Squad (Movie)
Somehow, despite existing since the early 1990s and despite the Joker being a starring villain in 2008's The Dark Knight, Harley Quinn has never been in a live action blockbuster.
There were reports that had the Joel Schumacher series of Batman films continued that the next one would have had Harley as a main attraction, but that's just a rumor. Christopher Nolan probably had his own reasons for leaving her out of his trio of movies as well. Finally though, when Suicide Squad hits theatres next year, Harley will be portrayed on the big screen by the promising Margot Robbie.
Most of the characters in the film have undergone a radical makeover (Jared Leto as the Joker, anyone?), and Harley is no exception. Instead of prancing around in barely anything at all, this version of the character is bloodied and tattooed with torn up clothes. Her formerly white "Daddy's Little Monster" tee is precious, her heeled boots are fierce, and her makeup is perfectly Harley while not being over-the-top.
While there's very little footage available of the film at this time, the cast looks pretty epic all dressed up.
