Of all the heroes in the MCU Avengers, it's strangely sobering to think that Black Widow's kill count goes far, far above what they all likely have combined in terms of killing regular people.

Although a Black Widow film is sure to contain at least a cheeky spot of murder, the death toll of many of the Black Widow's comics is definitely not going to be met.

With such careful stock going into making Natasha likeable, it's less than unlikely that her predilection to occasionally committing mass murder will be addressed in any form within the MCU itself.

The MCU Black Widow is a complex character with a dark past, said past - or present - doesn't need to be made any darker.
