2. Fighting The Hulk

Wolverine's first appearance actually had him fighting the Hulk. All the way back in 1974, he and the Hulk went at it in The Incredible Hulk #181 and few would have predicted back then just how popular both characters would become thanks to their respective movie-history and comic events. Both Wolverine and the Hulk have led fascinating lives, so bringing it all back to square one and having a fight to the death between Logan and Bruce Banner (when hulked out, of course) just feels extremely fitting. Comic companies and fans both love to bring up continuity so it would be exciting for it all to come full circle. Plus, if Marvel really wants to drive readers wild, it could have both characters end up dying. That would be a twist!
